Post Admission

A)Accommodation

Its better to come 5 or 6 days prior to your admission date as the ameerpeth area is a hub for these kind of training centers. Last minute selection of hostel can land you into a Shity hostel with poor quality of food(particularly if you want north Indian food).

There are two types of accommodation:
I.Hostels
There are numerous boys/girls hostel in the vicinity of CDAC (Rs.2500 to Rs.5000 including food).For hostel guys you will be provided with 3 meals(break-lunch-dinner) a day. Generally, you'll get rooms in 3-5 sharing.

II.Rental flats/rooms
If you are looking for a cheaper alternative then you can go for it. But, beware of sanitation and hygiene condition. For getting Its really very tough to study when your flat will be full of unwanted people.

B)Food
In case of hostels you need to be little cautious about which hostel you are selecting as getting a hostel with good food (especially if you want north Indian food) is really tough. So, be prepared for your monthly over expenditure in outside food.

Secondly, if you are living in some rental facility then there are 3 options:
1.Curry points - pack some curry from nearest curry point and have it with boiled rice/chapitis.
2.Low cost meal points/ restraunts – you can get good quality south indian dishes but little costly.
3.Aunty's mess – best option for nomads - cheap and best – chapathi-dal-rice-curry
*These options should cost you around 35-50 rupees

Imp:
1.Try to stay nearby areas of CDAC this will save your time and energy as well..
2.There are 2 branches of CDAC 1-JNTU for JNTU-DSSD
                                                2- AMEERPET for DESD,DAC;
